Our recently built cottages overlook a small, quiet lake and come with everything you need to create beautiful memories with family and friends. We are open all year long and offer a clean, modern, open-concept space designed for 1-4 guests. This lakeside retreat comes with a BBQ, patio furniture, microwave, stove, fridge, a queen and 2 twin beds, utensils, and all the basic bathroom necessities. Enjoy unforgettable sunsets from your deck, snowmobile/ATV trails off your doorstep, and pristine paddling on Lac Unique.  

Guests looking for an adventure can hike the trails on-site or take our canoe out and explore Lac Unique. We are just a short 40-minute drive from Edmundston, NB, where you will find anything you might need: groceries, cafes, restaurants, pubs, stores, festivals, galleries, and concerts. Looking for a ski trip? Visit Mont Farlagne(40 mins) or Lonesome Pine Trails(15 mins, Maine, USA)

Located just over 3 hours from Quebec and 2 1/2 hours from Fredericton.
